Wesley Hamilton Colvin

Wesley Hamilton Colvin was born on September 18, 1969, at Holloman AFB to Bette and Richard Colvin. Wesley passed away on July 23, 2023, in Aurora, Colorado. He lived all of his life in Alamogordo graduating from Alamogordo High School and taking many hours of classes at the college there on the hill. He was employed at Otero County offices as the Computer Administrator for many years. Wesley then went on to work for Tommie Herrell at the real estate office and on other projects as well. His last place of employment was for a brief time at the Space Hall of Fame.

Wesley is survived by his mother, Bette Colvin; brother, Mike Colvin and wife Michele; son, Nathaniel Colvin of Los Angeles, CA; nephews, Cody, Andrew and Colten Flowers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Colvin.

Wesley was a member of Christ Community Church where he played the bass guitar for the church services.

The family will greet friends from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Christ Community Church.

The funeral service for Wesley Colvin will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Christ Community Church with Pastor John Cantu officiating.

Burial will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery.

The Colvin family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
