Wade Morgan

Wade Morgan, 58, of Alamogordo, NM passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021. Family visitation will be held from 9:00 - 9:30 am on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Alamogordo Funeral Home, 2301 E 1st Street, Alamogordo. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Monte Vista Cemetery in Alamogordo.

Wade was born November 25, 1962 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Tinsley and Patricia (Ambrose) Morgan. After the death of his father and at the age of five, his family returned to Alamogordo, NM. He attended Alamogordo Public Schools. As a youth, he enjoyed bike riding, swimming, bowling, fishing and scouting. Wade enjoyed music and was a talented guitarist. He served in the Army National Guard, earning a number of medals. He had an efficacious laugh, especially when watching "Larry the Cable Guy ... get'er done." Wade was a good soul with a giving heart. He loved the Lord and helping people. He was especially good at praying for or with those around him. His presence will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two sons; Nathan Morgan and his children: Lucian, Cyrus and Lorelei of CO; Rueben Morgan of NM; girlfriend: Jolene Davis of NM; two sisters: DellaBeth (Mike) of NM and Sandra (Dennis) of NV; three brothers: Paul Morgan, Dennis Morgan, and Ray Norris, Jr. all of NM; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents,Tinsley and Patricia Morgan; and grandparents John and Beth (Fenn) Ambrose.

The Morgan family has entrusted their loved one to Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.
