Viola Marie (Pacheco) Telles

Viola Marie (Pacheco) Telles, age 95, Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, passed away on January 12, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Alamogordo, NM. She was born on February 12, 1926 in Superior, Az to Casey and Marie Pacheco. 

Viola spent her life as a devoted wife for 50 years of marriage to the late Jacob P. Telles. She was a devoted and loving mother of five children and beloved 11 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Rosalie M. Telles of Las Cruces, NM, Jacqueline Y. Melendrez and husband David of Alamogordo, NM, and Margret Baltazar and husband Juan Baltazar of Azle, Tx.

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Yvonne Telles and Evelyn Porras. 

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Emanuel Stephen, Celebrant. 

Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.

The Melendrez family has entrusted their love to the care of the Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
