Vicci Lortz Obituary

Vicci Lynn Lortz, 80, of Wichita, KS passed away in Alamogordo, NM on September 18, 2025. Vicci was born in Coffeyville, KS on September 25, 1944, to Pauline and Charles Koenig.

Vicci loved God and was proud to be a member of the Wichita South Foursquare Church. She loved being around people, volunteering for different organizations where she never met a stranger. Vicci was a self-taught oil company accountant for over 30 years. She was extremely proud to be a member of Desk & Derrick and enjoyed that work very much. Vicci loved camping and cooking outdoors. She was a military wife, so wherever her husband was stationed, so was the family. The family’s favorite duty station was Taiwan.

Vicci is survived by her son, Scott Robb and daughter-in-law Debra; her daughters, Tina (Robb) Hermann, Dana (Robb) Horton and son-in-law Randy; her sisters, Linda (Koenig) Roy and husband Howard, Sheila (Koenig) Cooley and husband Joseph; her brother, Bradley Koenig and wife Stephanie; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Vicci was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Pauline Koenig; her brother, Dan Koenig; her son, Thomas Charles (T.C.) Robb. She was also preceded in death by her ex-husbands, Thomas Robb and John Lortz.

Vicci loved telling her friends and the world about her grandchildren, her many great grandchildren, and even her two great-great grandchildren.

Private service has been held.
