Tristen Kyler Sean Woltz

Tristen Kyler Sean Woltz was born on June 26,1999, in Alamogordo, NM to Sean Woltz and Melissa Walker. Tristen passed away on August 5, 2023, in Alamogordo, NM. He spent his childhood traveling since his father was in the service living in Texas, Georgia, Japan, Nevada. and Alaska finally coming back to Alamogordo and graduated from Alamogordo Academy Del Sol in 2017. He worked locally at Walmart, Dollar Tree and his last place of employment was at Binge. Tristen had a real passion for cooking and had talked about finding a school in the culinary arts. 

Tristen is survived by his father, bonus mom and little sister, Sean, Monica and Harley Woltz of Fairbanks, AK; sister, Shanniah Woltz of Alamogordo, NM; stepbrothers, KC Lacey of Alamogordo, NM and Steven Lacey of Fairbanks, AK; stepsister, Celestina Cibrian of Alamogordo, NM; grandmothers, Boogee Woltz and Elizabeth Walker of Alamogordo, NM; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins here in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Alaska.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Walker; and grandfathers, William Woltz and William Walker all of Alamogordo, NM.

Tristen was loved by so many. His family would like to give the opportunity for everyone to say goodbye before he goes back to Alaska with family.

A short memorial service for Tristen Woltz will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 26, 2023, at St. John’s Episcopal Church with Father Michael Drinkwater officiating.

The Woltz family entrusted the cremation of their loved one with Alamogordo Funeral Home.
