Timothy Scott Pinson

Timothy Scott Pinson passed into the arms of our Lord on August 26, 2024. He was born to James Pinson and Linda Pinson on August 23, 1967. He grew up in Alamogordo and after high school joined the U.S. Army. Timothy served in the Gulf War and also in Bosnia and Serbia. After the military, he found his niche with the Aramark Corp. and was the general manager for the Dona Ana Correction Center in Las Cruces. He was an inspired leader who loved his job and all he worked with. Timothy had a big heart and was always willing to help when needed. 

Timothy is survived by his mother, Linda Wright Pinson; nieces, Lynda Sullivan, Sierra Pinson-Hadfield (Adam); nephew, Torey Pinson (Tanicia); aunt, Linda Wright; cousins, Dana Bonistalli, David Wright (Kathryn), Kenny Wright.

He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Pinson; brother, James A. Pinson; uncle, Don Wright.  

Cremation has taken place, and Memorial Services will be held at Bethel Baptist Church in Alamogordo at 11:00 am, Monday, September 9, 2024.

The Pinson family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home.
