Theodore Gathe Obituary
On Tuesday, June 7, 2022 Theodore Gathe, loving son, father and grandfather, passed away at the age of 60 in Alamogordo, NM. He was born in Gulfport, Mississippi on February 21, 1962 to Kenneth and Patricia Gathe.
Ted loved taking pictures, especially of sunsets. He also enjoyed woodworking and building furniture. He had a wealth of knowledge about so many things, and was always willing to help anyone solve a problem. If he didn’t know how to fix something, he would find out.
Ted was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth and brothers, David and Dudley.
He is survived by his three daughters, Elizabeth, Melanie and Veronica and husband William; three grandchildren, William, Brooklyn and Howl; his mother, Patricia; brother, Karl; four sisters, Teena, Tammy, Trisha, and Amy; and girlfriend, Nita.
A family visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the Alamogordo Funeral Home.
The memorial will be held at 5:00 pm, Friday, June 17, 2022 at the Classic Desert Aire Hotel.
The Gathe family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.
