Susie Mendoza Beebe, 74, passed away on July 19, 2026, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on April 14, 1952, in Tularosa, New Mexico to Federico and Tonita (Mendoza) Salazar . 

Susie married her high school sweetheart and had four beautiful children. Later, she met and married the love of her life and had two more children. Susie worked as a caregiver and CNA for 30 years before retiring in 2020. In her retirement, she loved watching and caring for the birds and hummingbirds who visited her home, as well as spoiling her 3 fur babies.

Susie is survived by her children: Ray, John, and Freddy (Christine) Balderrama; Tina (Luke) Oglesby; Ruby Beebe. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Dwayne Cook; Tabitha, Nikole (Demetrius), Brandon (Christa), Thomas, Adrian, Bianca, Diego, and Emily Balderrama; Travis Ostrander; Skye, Kenneth, Anna, Lily, and Estrella Oglesby; Shjan (Wynter) Beebe Tam; along with 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Lydia Jaramillo, Rose (Brian) Gaffney, Pete Salazar, Mary (Mike) Borunda; several nieces and nephews and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.

Susie was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Geronimo (Jerry), Guadalupe (Lou), Federico (Fred), Joe, and Susie Salazar; her husband, Don W Beebe; her son, Don W Beebe, Jr. 

Private services will be held for the family at a later date.

Direct cremation is provided by PCS Direct Cremation Service.
