Obituary
Rosalie Isabel Henley got her wings and went to walk with the Angels on April 27, 2022. She was 94 years old, born in Tularosa, NM on January 22, 1928 to Antonio Gabaldon and Maria Isabel Monje.
Rosalie is survived by her children, John and Bobbie Leyba, Yorba Linda, CA; Jeanette Urdiales, Ruidoso, NM; Rose Marie and Jim Stanfill, Phoenix, AZ; Michael Hernandez, Capitan, NM; and Luz Hernandez, Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by 45 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many family members.
Rosalie was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Anyone who knew them, knew that she was a star in their eyes and that's all that ever mattered to her, as our mother and our Grandma Rose.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the Fariview Cemetery in Tularosa, NM with Pastor Benny Martinez and Chaplain Guerro officiating.
The Henley family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home.
