Randall Bruce Finch

Randall Bruce Finch was born on February 25, 1951, in Montrose, Colorado. He passed on to heaven on August 24, 2023, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He married Georgia Adams May 9, 1975, and their love withstood everything life threw at them until he took his last breath. 

Bruce voluntarily enlisted in the US Army and served his country proudly in Vietnam. He was hard working, sarcastic, ridiculously intelligent, and hilarious. Not much in his life was easy but quit might be the only word he refused to learn the definition of. He showed everyone who knew him what it meant to live with grit and determination and was a true hero to many. His absence will be felt forever in the hearts he touched during his time on earth. 

Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Reuben Finch; mother, Gladys Ruth Finch; brother, Jay Finch. 

He leaves behind his wife of 48 years, Georgia Finch; his son, Thomas Finch and grandchildren, Alyssa, Scott, and Devin Finch; his daughter, Audra Dudash and grandchildren, Mason, Finley, and Piper Kent; his sister, Rebecca Bertche and family; his brother, Tom Finch and family; and MANY more extended family and friends. 

One of the greatest gifts he gave us was that we never doubted his love. He will never be forgotten. 

Services for Bruce will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 16, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Grants, New Mexico.

The Finch family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements.
