Margaret (Peggy) Ann Richardson

Margaret (Peggy) Ann Richardson, 72, passed away September 3, 2021, in Salem, Oregon. Peggy was born in Dayton, Ohio to Glen and Catherine Richison on May 25th, 1949.

Peggy was a long time resident of Alamogordo until she recently moved to Salem to live with her son, Terry, and his family. She loved to crochet and read books. She was very active in the Al-Anon/AA community and will be greatly missed.

Peggy was a very loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma, and great grandma (GiGi).

She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine; her father, Glen; her sister, Glenna Jeanne; her grandson, Sean; and her husband, Robert.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Kelly (Allen) Shivadecker; her son, Terry (Georga) Dunn; her son, Jeremy (Annette) Dunn; her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.

While Peggy’s family grieves her loss, they are choosing to remember Peggy in a way that honors her spirit. Her children Kelly, Terry and Jeremy invite her friends and family to join them in a Celebration of Life. Services will take place on October 2nd at 11am at Alamogordo Funeral Home. A reception will follow the memorial service.

The Richardson family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.
