Jimmie Bridenstine

Jimmie Bridenstine, 94 years old, passed away in her sleep on August 9, 2024. The good and faithful servant has been called to the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her 3 remaining children, Ida Hoxie (Jerry), Kate Folck (Marv), John Bridenstine (Rosie), and her second husband, Donald Petty. She is preceded by her husband, Jack; eldest son, James; eldest daughter, Ann. Jimmie had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jimmie was a fervent Christian who touched many lives through her service and involvement with groups that assisted many communities with the construction and improvement of churches, alongside her husband, Jack. Wherever there was a piano to be played for worship, she happily and readily volunteered. Jimmie worshipped the Lord through her gift of music. She could really lay it down!

Jimmie was born in Sudan, TX and passed in Alamogordo, NM. Her greatest desire in life was to introduce everyone to salvation through faith and belief in Jesus Christ. She was a sensitive and caring woman.

A Celebration of Life service to honor Jimmie will be held at a date in the future. Jimmie leaves behind a reminder that everything is possible through faith.
