Jean A Eggert

Jean A Eggert, 73, passed away on May 23, 2022 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was born on August 18, 1948 in Appleton, Wisconsin to Irving and Florence (Pleier) Van Zummeren. 

Jean was a member of the Cottonwood Christian Fellowship.  Jean worked as a receptionist at the Alamogordo Eye Clinic/Fillmore Eye Clinic before retiring in 2014. 

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Eggert; her daughter, Wendy (Eggert) Fernandez; and her son, Daniel Eggert II. 

She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Van Zummeren and her sister, Mary Lou (Van Zummeren) Vice. 

A celebration of her life will take place at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the Alamogordo Funeral Home.

The Eggert family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the services.
