James L. Noriega

James L. Noriega of Alamogordo peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 19,2024. James was born August 20, 1957, in Alamogordo to Santiago (Jimmy) and Bertha Noriega.

James is survived by his kids, Samantha Noriega of Alamogordo, NM, Jerome (Jennifer) Noriega of Albuquerque, NM, and Sandra Noriega of Alamogordo, NM. He leaves behind three sisters, Della (Manny) Hernandez of Alamogordo, NM, Maxine (Robert) Smith of Boise ID, and Bernice (Bladimir) Rodriguez of Boise ID; one brother, Anthony Noriega of Las Cruces, NM; as well as numerous grandkids, nieces and nephews that he loved very much.

James is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Robert Telles; one sister, Annie Burchette; two nephews, Raymond and Mario Hernandez; his grandson, Xavier Noriega.

Funeral services will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 705 Delaware Avenue on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Meet and greet will begin at 9:00 am. Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am with Memorial Mass celebrated at 10:00 am.

Blessing of ashes will be done following Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
