Emilio T Padilla

Emilio T Padilla (Hito), 69, of Tularosa NM, passed away on May 10, 2024, in Las Cruces NM. Emilio is a loving son, brother and father who enjoyed fishing, acrylic/oil painting and listening to music. He joined the USAF shortly after graduating high school and spent 4 years serving in Panama. After the military he worked as a Professional Painter. 

Emilio is preceded in death by his parents, Emilio C. and Estella Padilla; brothers, Gilbert and Zeke Padilla.

Emilio is survived by his 8 siblings, Jettie, Kathy, Margie, Josephine, Tony and his wife Roseann, Andy and his partner Terry, Richard, Monica and her partner Ely; his three children, Christopher and his wife Lacey, Kristal, Angelray; his partner, Aeres McKinley and her children, Estilla and Monica; his grandchildren, Emmett, Zander, Kobe Padilla and Anastasia Padilla; his step grandchildren Silias, Jerissa, Tyr, Aizen, Perseus; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Memorial Mass for Emilio will be celebrated at 10:00 am, Friday, May 24, 2024, at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church in Tularosa with Father Patrick Montgomery, Celebrant. A potluck dinner will follow at the Parish Hall.

The Padilla family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home.
