Eduvina (Vina) Noriega

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Eduvina (Vina) Noriega. She passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, in Alamogordo, NM surrounded by her loved ones. Eduvina was born on November 7, 1942, in Valentine, Texas to Ruben and Trini Sanchez.

Eduvina is survived by her children, Veronica N. McNeilly, Deborah Bradley and husband Richard, David Noriega and wife Lori, all of Alamogordo, NM; special nephews, Hector Sanchez and wife Jeanette of Albuquerque, NM and Vincent Ruiz and wife Sharon of Bokeelia, Florida; grandchildren, Joey, David, Jacob, Abriana, Joshua, Sarah, Steven, Alicia, Gabriella, Roslynn, Violet, Justine; great grandchildren, Illeana, Angelo, Vycente, Ezekiel, Jayden, Sandy, Alyssa, Amaya, Malachi, Andres; many very special family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, Antonio Jr; loving husband, Antonio; parents, Ruben and Trini Sanchez; sister, Viola Sanchez; brothers, Ruben, Oscar, and Carlos Sanchez.

The Funeral Service for Eduvina will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Alamogordo Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Moon officiating.

Burial will follow at the Monte Vista Cemetery where our beloved father, Antonio (Tony), will also be laid to rest with our beloved mother Eduvina (Vina).

A reception will follow after burial at the ICC Parish Hall located at 705 Delaware Avenue in Alamogordo.

The Noriega family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
