Crispina "Cris" (Mendoza) Collier

Crispina "Cris" Collier, 84, passed away on Tuesday , June 22, 2021 in Alamogordo. She was born in Tanuan, Leyte, Philippines to Apolonio Mendoza and Victoria Copino. She was married to her late husband, William H. Collier, for 47 years.

Cris loved and loved to spend time with her family. She loved gardening, fishing and traveling to the Inn. She had a great devotion to her Lord and Savior.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Noriega and husband Daniel of Alamogordo; grandchildren, Jessica Gomez-White and husband Princeton of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Jose Gomez of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Fernando Gomez and wife Rhiannon of Lovington, New Mexico; great grandchildren, Yrenea Gomez-Manning, Aaraceli Gomez, Princeton White, Anastacia Gomez, and Donnivann Gomez; step grandchildren, Antonio Noriega and wife Amanda (Jude, Noah) of Los Lunas, NM, Christina Noriega (Aram, Jasmine, Juan) of Las Cruces, NM, and Marissa Molinas (Xenia, Amilliana, Jr., Audrey Ann, Luca) of Las Cruces, NM; brother-in-laws Harvey M. Collier, Sr. and wife Leila of Camp Springs, Maryland, Theo B. Collier and late wife Gwen of Jacksonville, Florida, James E. Collier and wife Beulah of Decatur, Illinois; sister-in-law, Lillie F. Collier Wellington and husband Thomas of Jacksonville, North Carolina.

Services will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 705 Delaware Avenue, Alamogordo, New Mexico. Visitation will be held at 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 am.

The Graveside service will be held at 9:30 am on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Road, El Paso, Texas.
