Celestina DeLaRiva Obituary

Celestina DeLaRiva, 85, longtime resident of Lordsburg, NM passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Good Samaritan in Las Cruces, NM. She was born on April 15, 1936 in Lordsburg to Benjamin and Flora Arambula. Celestina was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She had a love that was undeniable for her Dallas Cowboys and her Lordsburg Mavericks.

Celestina is survived by her daughters, Barbara Pantoja of Alamogordo, Susan DeLaRiva of Lordsburg and Larissa Gomez of Pahrump, NV as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Flora Arambula and her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Arturo Gonzalez.

No services will be held for Celestina per her request.

The DeLaRiva family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the cremation.
