Cathrine Amber Price-Ashley

Cathrine Amber Price-Ashley of Alamogordo, New Mexico, beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, and sister, passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 35. Born on December 16, 1987, in Nassau Bay, Texas, she brought joy and love to the lives of all who knew her.

Cathrine's presence was a shining light that touched the hearts of many. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion, never hesitating to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She is survived by her partner Roger Ashley, adoring daughters, Mme Price-Sanchez, Jolene Ashley, Desirae Ashley, Josephine (Josie) Ashley, and Jada Ashley, and her beloved son, Harmon Ashley. Cathrine's dedication to her children was unwavering, and her love for them knew no bounds. They were her pride and joy, and her memory will forever be etched in their hearts.

Cathrine is also survived by her loving grandmother, Joanne Martinez; her caring mother, Michelle Wood; her adoring mother-in-law, Marla Ashley; and her devoted father, Shane Price. She leaves behind cherished memories shared with her siblings and their partners: sister and brother-in-law, Shana Price-Travis and Joseph Travis with niece Airalee and nephews Declan and Daxton; sister and sister-in-law, Monday Price and Ariel Hector; brother and sister-in-law, Dominick Hoover and Maria Hoover with niece Adel and nephew Luca; brother Shane (Billy) Price and sister Taylor Price.

Cathrine is further survived by her uncles, Micah Good and Matthew Good; her aunties, Lisa Nye and Kelly Felicetti; and her cousins, Charles (Chaz) Good, Kimberly (Kim) Landry, Breanna Standefer, David Good, Llyandra Good, Peyton Good, and Shelby Schroeter. The bond she shared with her extended family was one of love and laughter, and she will be deeply missed by them.

Though her passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family, they find solace in knowing that she has been reunited with her predeceased grandparents, David Good, Ernesto Martinez, Huey Price, and Cathrine Mary Price, as well as her Aunt Amy Hollingsworth, Uncle Kirk Nye, and cousin, Julian Hernandez. 

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Cathrine's life will be held at the Alamogordo Funeral Home, located at 2301 E 1st Street, on July 22, 2023, at 3:00 pm. It will be a time for family and friends to gather together, share stories, and find strength in each other as they remember the beautiful soul that Cathrine was.

Cathrine Amber Price-Ashley will forever be cherished, deeply missed, and remembered for her selflessness, kindness, and unwavering love for those around her. May she rest in eternal peace.
