Candice Erin (Guy) Souverbielle, 38, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 6th. She was a local artist having assisted Ernie Miller in creating the mural at the Alamogordo Airborne Monument. She was very artistically talented in drawing and photography. Candice also had an amazing gift for working with animals, having rescued and fostered hundreds of cats and dogs and other animals over the past years. She was a devoted and loving mother to her three daughters: Ashlynne (14), Rayna (11), and Leah (4).
She is survived by her parents, Mike and Evanna Guy of Alamogordo; her sister, Megan Brand (Mike) and nephews Sebastian and Uriah; her brother, Zeb Guy (Tracy) and their children Caleb (Elizabeth) and Kaira, and great-nephews Casey and Caden; her grandmother, Lynne Herrald; her husband, Miguel Souverbielle and his parents, Angela and Miguel of La Luz; as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
