Bryon Farmer returned to spirit form on June 11, 2023. He was a beloved husband, treasured son, and friend. He was born on August 15, 1974, to Stanley and Sunthorn Farmer in Tampa, Florida. The Farmer family came to Alamogordo through being stationed at Holloman AFB.
Bryon graduated from Alamogordo High School in 1993. He then entered the workforce. He worked for such places as Presto, Gameland, and Papa John's. His last job was at Casino Apache Travel Center, where he started off as a security guard and progressed to slot technician. He really enjoyed his work there.
Bryon also enjoyed spending his time with his wife, Sandra Farmer. They met and became friends in 2011 and were happily married in 2013. They had many adventures together. One of their favorite places to vacation was Las Vegas, Nevada. He also liked to attend movies and plays with her. Some of Sandra's most cherished memories with Bryon was their trip to New York City to see The Phantom of the Opera on its 35th anniversary.
Bryon is preceded in death by his mother, Sunthorn Farmer; his grandfather, Clyde T. Farmer; his grandmother, Margorie Oliva Farmer; several aunts and uncles.
Bryon is survived and extremely missed by his loving wife of 9 years, Sandra Farmer. He's also survived by his father, Stanley Farmer and his brother, David Farmer, both of Alamogordo, NM. Bryon is also survived by several cousins in South Carolina. He is loved and missed by everybody.
