Amanda Norene Shaw

Amanda Norene Shaw, 45, of Alamogordo, NM passed away on January 22, 2023. She was born on September 17, 1977, in East Ridge, Tennessee, the youngest daughter of Terry and Judy Shaw. Amanda was a proud graduate of the A Cordon Bleu Culinary School where she graduated with honors. Ultimately, she found her place working for the family business where she could stay close to her parents and most importantly, she could be a hands-on mother to her daughter, Avery.

Amanda's sweet soul and big heart shined brightly in how she loved and gave to everyone. Amanda loved her tattoos and what they represented, each one having a deep meaning to who she was as a person.

Amanda is survived by her daughter, Avery Shaw; her parents, Terry and Judy Shaw; sisters, Lisa Harvey, Kerry Lewis, Tara Murphy; brother, Michael Shaw; uncle, Mack Waddell; aunt, Brenda Woolsey; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her cousin, Curtis Waddell; aunt, Patsy Waddell; nephews, Mikael Harvey and Mathew Harvey.

The memorial service for Amanda Shaw will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Saving Grace Baptist Church, 43 KC Road, Alamogordo, NM.
