Alton was born on October 25, 1962 in Roswell, NM. The family later moved to Alamogordo where he attended school, worked and remained the rest of his life. As a kid, he spent summers and a lot of time working on ranches with his grandpa Chalk. This is where he learned to shoe and break horses, hunt, build fence, and cowboy. He used what he had learned to make a living, as he had a horse shoeing and breaking business, and was a hunting guide and fence builder.
Alton was known for how tough and strong of a man that he was. He will be missed by his family and all the many friends that he cared for.
There will be a get together in remembrance for Alton at a later date.
The Morgan family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home.
