Alan Danial Peterson

Alan Danial Peterson, born February 10, 1988 left this earth to join his heavenly Father on September 18, 2020. He is survived by his husband, Anthony Peterson of Alamogordo; his mother, Sharon Harris with stepfather, Ted Frank of Alamogordo, NM; his father Albert Tengelitsch Jr. with fiancé, Shelly Riegert of South Bend, IN; sister Jhenna Adams & family of Ft. Wayne, IN; brother, Joshua Tengelitsch & family of Alamogordo, NM; and sister, Alisa Tengelitsch of South Bend, IN; along with several in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Alan was an independent, stubborn man who was very kindhearted and loving, the type to give you the shirt off his back. He loved to talk and make new friends and was always willing to help those in need; whether it was a shoulder to cry on or just someone to listen, he was willing to be there for you. He was a hard worker and loved to travel and have fun. In addition to a big family, he was also part of a large online community that he loved and cared for. Through his gaming he had connected with many people from around the world, befriending them and showing them the same kindness he showed everyone who knew him in real life. Though his passing has brought much sorrow, it has also brought many people together, building a stronger bond for not just his family, but for all his friends, even those that he had met online. He left behind a legacy that shines bright. He was a graduate of Walker Valley High in Cleveland, Tennessee along with being a past member of Cleveland’s First Church of Nazarene.
 
He was loved dearly and will be missed on earth, but he is now joined with his family and Savior. Services are to be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 11:00 am at Mountain View Church, 1300 Cuba Ave, Alamogordo, NM.
