Billy Larry Rey Hill, 64, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 in Las Vegas, NM. He was born on Thursday, October 30, 1947 in Alamogordo, NM to Oscar and Soledad (Rey) Hill.

Larry was raised in Alamogordo, attending Alamogordo public schools and college at the University of New Mexico obtaining a degree in Jurisprudence. He chose the field of law so he could be a fighter for the underprivileged.

He moved to Las Vegas, NM 3-4 years ago. He was involved in many community groups accomplishing many good things for the city of Las Vegas.

Larry was a very kind and loving man who appreciated all people, especially his children and grandchildren.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Jennifer and four brothers and sisters, Margaret, Eugene, Robert and Rachel.

Survivors include his children, Chris Hill, Larry Hill and wife Angela, Marcos Hill and wife Sonia and Alexandra Hill; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; his brothers and sister, Samuel, Josephine and Thomas (Tomas) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial services for Larry Rey Hill will be conducted at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Primavera Baptist Church, 1711 Ocotillo, Alamogordo, NM with Pastor Inez Benitez officiating.

The Hill family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take place at PCS.
